Inviting your team

A workspace is shared: everyone in it sees its boards and can work on its cards. Invite the people who make your videos — your editor, scriptwriter, thumbnail designer.

Send an invitation

1. Open Settings → Workspace.
2. Under Invite a member, enter their email and choose a role.
3. Choose Send invite.

They get an email with an Accept invitation link. The link asks them to sign in — or create a free account first — and then adds them to your workspace. Invitations expire after 48 hours; sending a new invite to the same address replaces the old one.

If the invite email hasn't arrived, check spam first, then send a fresh invite.

Roles

• Owner — created the workspace; can do everything, including removing members.
• Admin — manages members and invitations.
• Member — full day-to-day use: boards, cards, comments, attachments.

Everyone in the workspace can see and edit every board in it — roles control managing people, not boards.

Removing someone

In Settings → Workspace, choose Remove next to a member. They lose access immediately. Cards they were assigned to keep their history; their comments stay.

More than one team?

Use the workspace switcher in the header (next to the logo) to create a separate workspace — separate boards, separate members. Handy for an agency running several channels with different people on each.
